We’re now looking to bring in a Membership Coordinator to join our small, but mighty team.
As a membership organisation, there is a genuine sense of community here, and you’ll play a critical role in shaping the membership experience while being part of something with far-reaching charitable impact. This is a truly diverse role which encompasses membership engagement, events administration and comms/marketing so an excellent opportunity for someone who likes variety.
This is a full-time role based from fantastic Edinburgh city centre office at The Merchants Hall.
What we’re looking for:
Excellent organisational skills, gained within an administrative or events environment – you’ll be used to managing multiple tasks as needed
Energetic and proactive with a genuine can-do attitude
Creativity – you’ll be someone who is always happy to share their ideas (and you’ll be heard too!)
Fantastic communication skills – both written and oral – as you’ll be liaising directly with members and the wider organisation
What you’ll be doing:
Helping with day-to-day administration of the membership, events and comms team
Event support – managing guest lists, materials and on-site support at events
Membership engagement – point of contact for member enquiries, supporting member initiatives and creating member event reports
Managing mailing lists and assisting with external comms
Creating/collating content via website, newsletter and social media activity

Salary: £28-30k
