The theme of Community and Connection couldn’t have been more fitting. It’s at the heart of the Merchant Company’s work, and it shaped the conversations during the evening.
The highlight was Laura Norman's presentation, founder of Chroma Marketing Ltd, who spoke candidly about how community-building shaped her journey and helped her grow a sustainable marketing business. Her insights set the tone for a genuinely engaging discussion, with plenty of questions and shared experiences afterwards.
